It was a large project in a condo following water damage. The team has assisted me through the lengthy project. The Floor Shop includes the owner Peter and his son, plus the installation team, the office staff all cooperated to bring this project to fruition. We suffered much delays, sometimes the item on order isn’t the perfect one, patience becomes the key and the professionalism of everyone brings success. I am thrilled with my new floors and I strongly recommend The Floor Shop.

We recently had flooring supplied and fitted by The Floor Shop in Bounds Green, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The showroom is impressively large, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. George and Tas were incredibly helpful throughout the process, guiding us to the perfect flooring for our needs. The installation was seamless and executed to perfection. We highly recommend their services for anyone looking to upgrade their floors!

We decided to renovate our home flooring, however, we couldn’t really find what we were looking for at the floor retailers in South/South East London (we live in Beckenham). We visited most of them but we weren’t impressed as some retailers lacked the range/variety of engineered wood flooring, others were very expensive for what they offered, and in some occasions we were simply not satisfied with the customer service. Thus, we decided to give it a go and travel an hour and a half, to the other side of London to check ‘The Floor Shop’ as its amazing reviews captured our interest. It was the best decision we could have ever made! Excellent customer service, a huge variety of engineered wood, laminate and vinyl options to choose from and very competitive prices. We got introduced to ‘Quick Step’ engineered wood which was an excellent choice for us, due to its quality, durability and the range of designs/colours. Regarding the installation of the flooring, we are so impressed by the quality of their work, their efficiency and professionalism. The staff did an excellent job and they were so friendly with us. The review cannot fully describe how impressed and happy we are with the work they have done for us and we highly recommend ’The Floor Shop’.
