Disappointed and embarrassed

Returned to this shop as I had bought beautiful flowers previously but this time has made me change my mind. The so called spray of flowers I ordered for funeral were embarrassing. 9 flowers £50!!! They looked passed their best and had been slung together. One flower was just stalks. The foliage was limp, broken and in disarray. I was told it would be tied together with raffia but it looked a mess. Really disappointed it was such an important event never going there again they have lost my business.
