Long distance confidence in quality and service
I am able to order flowers from the Flower box from my home in the US for relatives in Yorkshire with confidence that they will be received with pleasure and admiration. Over many years I have sent flowers to these relatives and always hear from them that they are wonderful. Service is very good. Flowers are delivered in timely way.

Excellent service. Had to change arrangement as flowers order were not avaliable, trusted them to do this instead of cancelling order an they did amazing job. Recipient loved them. Thankyou very much will be ordering again.

The only issue was with the website which reported the wrong delivery address causing some confusion. The actual delivery dress was correct, however, and everything went as planned.
