The product arrived, and it does look great and feels sturdy. Love that it is stainless steel and there are three different flow intervals and love the ability to run either off battery or on power. BUT..Had it plugged in on power and ran great for the first evening, then it stopped and showed it was flat and not charging despite being plugged in. I tried three different adaptors, no luck. I emailed twice with no response. I’ve gone into Kmart and brought a new c cable and tried that. It works on power, but won’t hold charge to work on battery mode. Potentially I am one of the unlucky ones to get a dud unit.. which sucks. If it actually worked properly I think I would buy again, but considering how expensive it is, to then not work. I’m pretty gutted with not having a response to my emails. Great concept though!.

I found the site easy to navigate and loved that I could get a 'package deal' which included eight additional filters.

The Flowzy suits me & Ruby perfectly! Seven litres of fresh/filtered water and a reminder light when the filter needs changing. I have Ruby's set to sensor mode so each time she needs a drink the fountain starts to flow.

The system was very easy to set up and I haven't had any problems with it at all.

Good information on the product prior to purchase. Some really positive reviews during my research. Delivery was okay, not quick, but arrived well packaged. Good instructions too. The dogs didn't take long to start using and I've noticed that they are drinking more too.

Product is great Construction and the sensor works meticulously turns off turns on when the pet approaches and continues to have recycled fresh water continually without the bacteria buildup

“ Majestic” creatures 😆 slobber in their own water bowls. A lot. I stress. A lot! 😆

So far this filter system is working so well. It’s put through its paces, with the slobber 🤣He much prefers to drink from it. Than a normally bowl.😊

I plan to buy another floozy, when I have the funds 😊

Took a long time to receive my Flowzy. The response when I reached out to them was slow and not helpful. Customer service needs improvement. I have 2 large dogs and one enjoys it, the other not overly attracted by it. Has tried it once or twice.

Originally a gave a 4 star rating only because dogs were afraid of it. Flowsy contacted me and explained how to get them use to it gradually. It worked, now they love it, water always fresh. 5 stats for a quality product

Our dogs love their flowzy.
The battery life is amazing and the water is always clean and cool. The size of the bowl also means they never run out of water and I’m not constantly refilling it! I highly recommend!

I chose Flowzy because it had the simplest design, no taps sticking out or suction caps to worry about. No powercord it’s rechargeable so not restricted by where power points are. They had good deals with filters and a deep reservoir! Nice and quiet after having a cheaper type model I’m stoked with my choice! Highly recommend

My dog doesn’t drink enough water, but flowzy has changed that. He’s so much more hydrated with constant clean water. Wish I’d bought it sooner

Absolutely loving our flowzy. Any bulldog mun will relate to this…best part is Bonnie can’t stick her whole face in the bowl and drip half her water bowl all back through the house 😂

It was an easy and fast efficient transaction and the product is great. My fur baby loves it.

The service was great and my questions were answered abruptly. My question was about the drinking height of the Flowzy. The height is fine for these little girls, my two puppies which are Maltese Shitzus were drinking from the Flowzy in no time. Because the Flowzy is made from stainless steel the water is cooler and cleaner and my little girls are drinking more.

I received the flowzy and it is brilliant ! I have Rhodesian ridgebacks and they all drink out of the bowl. The filter does filter the water - my guys prefer the flowzy bowl more than other drinking bowls - thank you for this brilliant product ! It arrived in good time and packaged well . I will buy another one in the future .

We love ours! We have it inside and it’s much tidier as there’s not as much room to splash! The water looks much cleaner for the dogs. And I love how much water it holds

The water bowl is awesome !! My ragdoll loves it , my cavalier loves it and so does my Dalmatian! Cold filtered flowing water with a large bowl. Easy to use and clean. Wouldn’t do without now .

This is one of the best purchases I’ve made for my dog. As soon as it started flowing my dog was drinking away. He loves it and it’s likes he’s got he’s own personal bubbler. I’ve also noticed he’s drinking more as he prefers the flowing water (he loves the hose). It also retains its cold temperature. I changed the remaining water, a day later and it was still cold. Like to been in the fridge. Highly recommend you get your dog/s one ASAP.

I have a beautiful rescue Australian Cattle Dog who was abandoned. When I got him he would lick the dew from the grass rather than drink from a bowl. He will drink dirty water from a potplant tray. I have taken to finding him some goat milk mixed with water to get him to drink. I noticed he will drink from the irrigation drippers so decided to try using a fountain. I haven’t received mine yet but he has tried a friends and he drinks from it!!!! I can’t wait until mine arrives. A complete station would be amazing as he is always chasing his bowl around at dinner time too. Keep up the good work guys🫶🙌🏽😎

Great customer service, very helpful and responsive. The product itself is fantastic and has definitely exceded my expectations. AND my doggo George is drinking a lot more water. Win Win all around!
