Quirky and fun
Let’s start by talking about customer service. We was due to visit on Storm Floris day. However we received an email late Sunday evening advising that they had to close on the Monday. These things happen. On the Monday I received a phone call from Darren the Ops manager making sure that we had seen the email and hadn’t hit the road. That level of service is almost unheard of. Top marks.
We was able to rebook for the Thursday which was a relief. When we pulled up I was worried as the car park and overflow car park was incredibly busy. I wanted a great experience as I’d seen this place on all the social media. Fortunately my worry was unfounded as despite how busy it was you never felt like it was crowded. The attraction itself was everything I hoped it would be and more. Full of whimsy and fun. Some of the darker areas scared the younger child a smidge and as a responsible parent I would that amusing. The layout is brilliant full of twists and turns and dead ends.
I would put this attraction on the must visit list.
The only minor criticism I have is that the main cafe closed at 5. We got to the cafe at 10 past and was ready to eat. Such a shame it was closed 2 hours before the park closed.
Would I visit again? That’s the big question isn’t. 100% I would - thinking of a Halloween trip with the missus.
