Wow so nice
Wow, I ordered the Dermol lotion/wash. I recently had laser in London and my doctor recommended it but I ran out. Not only did I receive my package, but I was also given a few other samples.
Samples: Eucerin lotion and cleansing gel which I’m actually using at the moment. Along with Uriage gel cream and Age Protect - instant multi-correction filler-care. Thanks so much! This really made my day. Can’t wait to try! :)

Didn't arrive but customer service fixed things.
Ordered my product with express delivery - it didn't arrive so I contacted customer service. They deemed it to be lost and issued a refund. Happy for the customer service amending things and it could just be down to hermes as from mine and others experiences they don't seem too reliable.

I was in a delemer as to how to purchase my toothpaste, I was given the No of the French pharmacy I spoke to such a friendly young lady, nothing was too much trouble, she contacted another branch and my toothpaste was posted on to me, beautiful wrapped with lovely samples.
I will always order my red toothpaste from the French Pharmacy from now on.
