free samples
I am a regular customer and only have one complaint. It is the free samples. Why can't the customer choose? I have oily hair and got samples for dry and brittle and coloured. I am a natural pale blonde so don't colour my hair. I got a colour treatment mask. in the past I have got other samples that are useless to me. Please rethink your samples

Thank you for your great review. Unfortunately for the samples, we are not provided with a huge variety of these from the supplier. Some products or brands may not be available as a sample. However we do encourage that customers email us with their preference before placing their order, this way we can search for something similar or inform you of what is available.

Three Star Review
I am happy with the products and shopping process.
My package arrived in a timely manner.
The 3 star review instead of five, is due to a bottle not being sealed properly and leaked inside the box. It was visible from the outside of the box something had leaked inside. The oil had leaked onto the other products and a bag that came with my purchase.

The Magnificent A313
The A313 is truly magnificent! I have been using it religiously since it arrived. I wish I could thank the Tiktok influencer who discussed this product in person! I wish I knew of other products to purchase because it is definitely worth the investment and shipping. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!
