I ordered a few items from the Company over a month ago, but despite the money being taken from my account straight away, I have not received my items.

I have been told that everything is the fault of the courier - but I had to ask over and over again and when I did get a number out of them it was 'blank' for any information on the courier's website.

I am now waiting for a refund.

Please avoid this Company (and its 'sister' shop on eBay). Judging by the reviews for both shops I, and the other reviewers on here are not alone in their frustration, and being on the receiving end of poor customer service.

In my opinion - (and I reiterate it is just my opinion ) - this Company is not to be trusted.

Ordered an item before Christmas and never received it despite money being withdrawn from account. Have emailed 3 times and called but cannot get hold of anyone. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Placed an order with free postage a few weeks ago with the Funky Group, who took & confirmed my payment of £25.00 and also advised a delivery tracking number would be sent. Since then - absolute Zero & no sign of my order. Have emailed - No reply! Have tried phoning - No reply! If anyone should know anything or have news on this company, please could they write on here. Just wish I'd checked them out & found this website, as I see I'm not the only one who has been caught out! :(

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The prices look unbelievable, that's because they are.
You select something to buy, they take your money then........nothing.
No goods arrive, no replys to emails and no one answers the phone.
I have claimed my money back through my card company and they said they have had a number of other people doing the same with this company.
STAY WELL CLEAR, TOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Totally untrust worthy - they don´t deliver the goods eventhough they withdraw the amount from the account. Too bad - very bad, and very rude non-existing customer service
