I had a great experience shopping with The Game Collection. Their prices were among the most competitive I could find, making it an easy choice over other retailers. I bought DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Dark Prince (Switch).
The website was straightforward and easy to navigate. Finding the game I wanted was quick, and the checkout process was simple and hassle-free for my order.
Shipping/ delivery service was FREE, which I could track, and my order arrived quickly. The game was securely packaged, so it arrived in perfect condition without any damage. As has always been the case with previous orders I've made with The Game Collection.
Although I didn't need to contact customer service, the entire ordering process was smooth and efficient, which has always given me confidence in the company.

My Go-to gaming company
The Game Collection quickly became my "go-to" place for online video games after only a few purchases. Not only are the prices cheaper than most other places (including digital purchases) but their reward program saves extra money on future purchases. Delivery is usually next day and pre-orders arrive on release day every time (except for the occasional postal strike etc).
On the rare occasion ive needed to contact them for anything, I've had an answer from customer services the same day, (closed at weekends I think) usually within a few hours of sending the message AND normally within 30 minutes or so if it's during normal office hours.
I literally have absolutely zero to complain about and recommend this company to EVERYONE.
They're the best.

my miis will not be pleased
got my game, quite pleased with the gane ITSELF but...the whole packaging is in shambles. The box was ripped open, and the switch games box had literal shards of plastic flying off of it and now i have two halves of one game case 😪😪

I ordered two Xbox games recently from the game collection and once again I’m extremely impressed by their efficiency.
007 First light arrived literally the day after purchasing the item and the second item was a pre order (UFC 6) which arrived on release day 😊 10/10 service as always. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Great reward points system they have too.
