Quick response to my query, polite staff, quick withdrawals and many many great games :) 😁

I love this site, I’m spending money just there. They have all the games that I love, withdrawals are fast, what can I say……in 3 words, is working perfectly. Customer support is always great and very helpful, they will tell you everything you need to know.

Great customer Service, made a couple of mistakes when opening account, locked out of account but the service team corrected all issues very quickly, and also paid out my withdrawal with in 12 hours, over the bank holiday, Russell

I am currently waiting on information about why my account has been restricted and have asked if i can withdraw my winnings in the mean time or if theres anything i can do to help resolve the issue. Customer service have been quick to respond bit am still waiting on this being resolved by another team. It has made me cautious as iv never had a decent win before but fingers crossed this can be resolved and i can rate a higher rating soon.. update.. my account was quickly re opened and was able to withdraw my winnings.. withdrawal was instant also, very happy ☺️

I was initially annoyed at how they asked for confirmation only when I requested a withdrawal. But all gaming sites end up doing this, which is wrong. They replied quickly and resolved it and gave me the withdrawal the same day of my compliance. They were very attentive and wanted feedback. Hopefully things change

Never accept the offers when applying. There are too many clauses and loops to jump through. It's easier to play the money you have and know you win what you win. Very sad but all gaming sites do it. Just play with what you have

Absolutely disgusting i won £60.98 on a bonus then they tell me i only get £5. Game doesn’t warn you when accepting free spins wins are capped and when spins completed it told me i won £60.98 not £5. It is so wrong and i am so unhappy i definitely feel robbed!!!

Still waiting on withdrawal small after 27 hours I’m used to and unsure the industry now accommodates fast withdrawals in this day and age

Score will go up when i receive my withdrawal but yes timescales need improvement
