I have used The Graphics Boat a few times before and have always had a really fast and effeciant service.The stickers were well made and very easy to design on the website.

We ordered some boat names for our narrowboat and was pleasantly surprised with how easy the whole experience was.

The website designer was so easy to use and after phoning to check something with the company, I can say the service was superb.

From ordering the design to receiving it took four days, which I don't think was too bad.

Have recommended them to friends in our marina.

Michelles correspondence and help in sorting my order, was just first rate: I wasn't making things easy!
The website was not to my liking and finding a phone no./email was not easy: but when I did, and liaised with Michelle.....it couldn't have been more straightforward or easier.
Their product compared to AN Others was not cheap, but the options, colour, script, font, etc., were much greater.
Delivery was exactly as quoted and even Michelle emailed to confirm as much.......
Perhaps I ought to explain, whilst singing Michelles praises, why......
All queries, questions, modifications were all addressed the day of asking, even by email. Some correspondence even pre-empted my questioning.....that's when I had to go to the Naughty Step.....but that's a whole different thing!
Superb service and am now considering a second piece of work.

I have now had the second piece of work completed, and again the whole process was just superb; it was like working with a close friend. I don't know the structure of the company, whether the person I was liaising with (Michelle) is owner/director or employee, but her work whether communicating or whatever is exemplary, it's wonderful...so guess what; a third piece of work to finish the boat is going their way. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else......

Their website is not particularly user friendly. I asked many questions to get the order right and it came, not as I expected. All they wanted to do was argue. They did refund one item, so I tried to place a second order. My cards were declined - they said they have blocked me! There are far better companies out there to order stickers from who will appreciate your business.

Company choice of courier results in poor service with zero focus on tracking as was promised in the sales pitch. Two weeks of no update in delivery tracking and no proposal from this company to make the delivery by other means meant I had no choice but to secure a refund which was prompt. Seems this company not interested to improve upon this weak link and dismiss customer concern. No point ordering if the courier is poor.
