Excellent company
Excellent company. We ordered a great Yorkshire tea tray and it's fab! All those lovely places we've visited. It was exactly the size as detailed, and came really quickly with sturdy packing. Plus a nice free Yorkshire Tea teabag....a free brew!

Shocking customs fees
This is a reflection of my experience with the online shop - not tea itself. I have ordered tea worth of around 50euros, with a fee of nearly 20 euros to ship it to Spain. In fairness, the website did say that "taxes" are not included but I naively assumed it would be at most a few euros - after all, it's not booze, cigarettes or anything of sorts.
My package arrived today and I was asked to pay another 25 euros for customs fee - essentially, shipping + customs ended up doubling my tea cost. It really needs to be more clearly mentioned on their website, because most people have no idea how much that extra cost might be (I'd not have ordered if I was aware of the full cost). I get it's not their fault that Brexit happened with all the related mess, but it's not fair to customers not to be warned about it. Ideally, take on paying customs fee during order shipment, like Amazon does - no surprises there.

Great Unique Yorkshire Gifts, Good Value
I made an online order for a friends Birthday present. The website is well laid out and easy to use. I wanted the items packed into the bag I was also buying so used the online chat they have on the website to request this, they were super helpful :-) Delivery was within 48 hours and everything is great. The Yorkshire Passport is highly recommended !

Ordering online was a breeze and the shop is great too
I popped into The Great Yorkshire Shop and spotted some amazing table lamps. The choice was overwhelming and I couldn't decide. I went home has a think and finally made my decision. I ordered online for collection in the shop and I was welcomed into this lovely warm environment.
My order was wrapped and bagged and good to go! I even got to sample some amazing fudge on my visit!
Lovely shop, lovely people and a great online experience. Thank you great Yorkshire shop and the beautiful staff!
