Good communications, quick delivery. Great product. Only minor issue is the charger came with a EU plug. But only a 5min job to cut off and rewire. Finally I can cut the grass and listen to music:) For anyone concerned about it's performance its about 80% power both speed and cutting ability compared to my old large kobuto diesel mower, but I prefer this electric one, quite, peanuts to run, no oils, no fuss, and a more comfortable ride.

Bought a leaf blower and vacuum
Bought a leaf blower and vacuum. Run time on max strength 10-12 mins. Wholly unsuitable for medium sized garden. Customer service refused return as said has now been used. Not great.

We are sorry to hear the EGO LV5000E blower vacuum is not meeting your expectations with the 5Ah battery provided with the kit you have purchased from us.
The run times for this product are clearly stated on our website. Higher amp hour batteries are available to purchase which would extend the run times.

Very disappointed with communication
I placed an order that said 3 to 4 days delivery then after a week I called and the parcel hadn't been dispatched and no one knew why.
Then I was told someone would update me after the phone call then nothing.
I received the parcel eventually.
Will not be using anymore!
