I’ve been having weekly PT sessions…

I’ve been having weekly PT sessions with Robert in the Bury St Edmunds branch. I’m also a PT but wanted to be taken out of my comfort zone. I would highly recommend him to put the perfect programme together for you. Six weeks in and I’m feeling the difference in strength gains. Fantastic PT!

I recently joined The Gym Group and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The facilities are on point, with a wide variety of equipment that caters to all fitness levels. I have been able to adapt my training perfectly for my recovery from surgery. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, always ready to help with any questions or offer guidance on workouts. I especially love the group classes; they are fun and motivating, making it easy to stay committed to my fitness goals. The atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging, which makes every visit enjoyable. If you're looking for a gym that truly cares about its members and offers a fantastic environment to work out, I highly recommend this one! 🥹

Friendly staff

Friendly staff, equipment maintained properly with adequate cleaning processes. Not to mention the range of equipment available.

I’ve traveled to many different Gym…

I’ve traveled to many different Gym groups and the Bury St Edmunds one (my home gym) is the best in terms of cleanliness, staff being present and willing to help and general atmosphere, well stocked! Things get changed up when they break. 5 stars

This location is a stand out!

We’ve been to other gym groups and this one is the most clean, well-maintained, and organised. There’s not broken or torn equipment, which I can’t say for other locations. The staff are great especially David who is the best and routinely shares his encyclopedic knowledge on form. I highly recommend the experience and working with him!
