Friendly gym staff nice a and big in size loads of machine could do with some more actual weights upstairs

not been here long but very good experience, people are lovely and equipment is very good and for a low price would recommend

Used the gym group with my daughter before she went to Uni, we cancelled the membership and got a reply to say we had but they took another months money after this. When I contacted them about this I was told I had not done it in time and also the 14 day cooling down process had expired i could not have a refund. either STAY AWAY or cancel your membership when you start so giving them enough time to press a button and not take money from you that they DO NOT DESERVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Gym Instructors Never Challenge anyone who spends 5 minutes at a time whilst on their phone while sitting down on Gym equipment bench. It's almost come to blows when I've challenged these people, I'm paying a direct debit every month for this and the spineless instructors deliberately don't observe or recognise it. Looking elsewhere, or on their phones, really not happy with it
What is wrong with you people.
Friday morning the contract cleaner was in taking down the filters from the Air Conditioning system, a slight dust cloud from the removal, then he is hoovering the filters right next to the step machine, takes out the hoover bag and a larger dust cloud to breathe in. The COSHH Regulations exist for a reason. ( The Particulate dust from a Gym would contain at least Hair, Dry Flaked off Skin, Tissue Remnants with stale sweat) And more of any of that lot gets into your airways will it benefit your health? Do the cleaning at midnight or section off specific areas so people don't have to suffer inhalation of particulates, The cleaners need COSHH training and do the cleaning company management, trying to do it on the cheap.

The classes are amazing and the instructors are awesome. I'm giving 5 stars especially to Freya, she is an amazing instructor, engages all. Thanks to the gym group team Coventry

Cancelled on me for no reason. Tried contacting and they said I would have to go there between 9:00-5:00 which I could sue to work and they couldn’t tell me a reason why they cancelled on me and they still charged me

Good gym, nice offers for new and returning members.
Flexibility 24/7 and nice range of machines and weights.
Only issue is pin sometimes doesn't work first time and have to enter again to get in/out

The Gym Group is a very good gym, very clean with upto date equipment. I've been training there since the beginning of March 2025 and I'm very glad that I joined. People are very freindly and there and it has a great facility, with clean showers and plenty of room to do your workouts. I really recommend this to anyone who looking to improve health and fitness.

its the first time i have been in a gym i joined the classes and they have been brilliant the trainer jack is fantastic and has made me feel very comfortable brilliant staff, i think jack should be manager.

Gym group Coventry. Where do I start. Just watched a personal trainer,a women constantly on snap chat 😂😂whist taking someone’s hard earned, then goes off to make a phone call whist taking someone’s hard earned. I mean what on earth is that about ?? That phone should be out the window. If they all didn’t love themselves so much and concentrated on the client people would have sessions. The machines are not the cleanest and who manages the manager ? They all love being on their phones. Thought it was a job. Also bags in the middle of the gym floor, trip hazard nothing said they walk past it.

The gym itself was nice and clean. However it gets way too busy even at non peak times. The gym was just too small for the amount of people that go there.

I have been a member here since December 2023 and up till recently it’s been a great experience . However 5 weeks ago now one of the cubicle toilets in the men’s changing room has been closed with a DO NOT USE signage on the door where it still remains to this day.
When gym is busy only one working toilet upstairs in a commercial gym!!! Email sent to complaints and The Gym Group and surprise surprise no response as I type this review.

Its basic expectations and hygiene to have more than one toilet functioning in a men’s
Changing room. Massive queues now forming to use one toilet!
As with everything these days despite chasing nothing has been done .
Terrible and not acceptable in a commercial gym environment 👍

The team are always so approachable.
The gym is always clean.
Members friendly and supportive

Excellent choice of apparatus, extremely clean and spacious,staff knowledgeable and friendly.Easy to park and access.Good value for money.
