The Gym Group Crawley has such a friendly, welcoming team that makes working out something I genuinely look forward to. Charlie’s Tuesday run classes are a highlight, she’s encouraging, motivating, and always pushes me to do my best.

Iris’s step classes are equally brilliant. I would describe Iris as warm, approachable, and someone I can easily speak to.

I used to attend Shak’s Weights for Women class, which I really enjoyed. Although the class isn’t running anymore, Shak still greets me with the same big, friendly smile every time I see him.

Michelle’s classes are still on my must try list, but she’s always cheerful and her sessions look like great fun.

All in all the team/PT’s at Crawley create a positive, supportive atmosphere and I’d happily recommend this gym to anyone.

I have been coming to the Gym Group Crawley for over a decade now (since it first opened), and have been using gyms in general since I was 16/17 years old (over two decades), and honestly, this is currently the most enjoyment and progress I've ever experienced with my fitness, wellbeing, and feeling that I belong to a community. The very best gym in town! And it's all down to the incredible staff who work there. Thank you!

The staff are amazing. In particular Charlie who does the run club that is so much fun, very social. Iris who does step class. Just love this class as it’s brought back an old form of exercise that should never have gone out of fashion! And Michele, whose upper body class is challenging and so much fun! And really works!

I love this gym and the people are a very big part of that.

As someone who was extremely nervous about going to the gym I can say that every member of staff is super friendly and supportive. I've attempted classes and workouts I never thought I'd even try and thanks to them I feel great about it. I am now confident about going to the gym but the idea of some of the others seems super intimidating, these guys are great at making everyone feel good - even when my confidence is telling me otherwise! I love doing run club with Charlie and getting her supportive encouragement with whatever I'm doing around the gym and had a blast at step class with Iris the other day - great fun and will definitely go back for more!

Brilliant Gym in Crawley with a very passionate and professional Manager in Charlie. The classes in particular are well organised. I have ultimate membership so use quite a few round the country whilst travelling with work. Great value for money. Yes they can be busy at 18.00 on a Monday but which decent Gym isn’t?

THE most useless, unfriendly and IMPOSSIBLE gym to access
Trying to get a simple day pass is overly complicated and frustrating beyond words. There is insufficient staff to assist. I’ve had less hassle getting into a bank vault than this gym.

Came to gym today. Josh was great. Very helpful advice.

Absolute pain in Arse, unprofessional staff to handle customers queries and issues, cancelled my membership without any reason, wants to speak my wife who does not speak english at all to reactivate the membership.
I will claim my money back from Credit card company paid to such a shit Gym Group…

This is the only gym im crawley ive ever felt comfortable in! Not only are the Team fantasic but the classes are amazing!

Massive shout out to the girl bosses Charlie and Iris I LOVE the classes you both lead and I LOVE the engrgy and support you chuck my way cannot big these classes up enough!

Great experience I have in this gym I really enjoy training here i really hope they will get bigger dumbbells I always felt very welcome in the gym by the staff Josh currey you are great man I remember in the first day I joined the gym you been very supportive and professional helping me out with my membership is always a pleasure to chat with you when you there I wish I could see you more often In the gym I hope we can have a session together buddy 💪

Taking £15 for a late payment is ridiculous and I tried to pay after work as I work long hours and your office is shut very tempted to close my membership with you as how are day workers supposed to get in touch…

It was my first time in, But I had a lot of fun.

Great gym after work and on weekends. It missed some hygienics stuffs to clean the materials. Overall it’s perfect, it’s 24h/24 which is great! I really enjoyed coming in and have great workout with my friends. They’ve got everything to train well. The access to the water is a plus and not that expensive an extra 4£ per month.
The gym is cheap and well arranged.. highly recommended!

3 Machine are not working since almost 4 weeks, i pay my membership to have all the machines working not just Waiting when i am coming to train, Please solve it asap

Nice equipment and the fact that I can train 24/7 makes it more interesting

Lovely staff, always welcome to give a hand with anything I need. I've once had a friend faint here and they were straight on it and helped her all out. Welcoming people and amazing products in vending machines. Just wish that there was more of the unique machinery such as the hip thrust and possible more single arm row machines.

Everyone at the gym group in Crawley, are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The classes are good and you do not feel silly about if you cannot do them. Amazing everyone thank you

A good quantity and variety of equipment with excellent Staff always on hand to help.
