I thought my credit card had been scammed. It was frozen for about 7 days till it was looked into but was then unfrozen. Despite being a member for years I simply got an email from Gym club telling me my membership had been cancelled. No other communication. I'd no idea they'd tried to take payment during that 7 days.

Facilities good however despite paying for 24/7 gym it frequently is closed. Some due to alleged maintenance or revamps- everything is very much the same on return. Other closure times with absolutely no notice due to cleaners not turning up...perhaps with the increasing frequency of closures they should employ more cleaners on a shift instead of leaving their thousands of members out of time and money traveling in for nothing. As many only pay for the 24/7 advantage

I entered the gym for only 5 minutes and left. It says that I can get a refund within 14 days, but I can't reach anyone. They definitely don't answer the phone. I created 2 help requests, there is no return. If customer service sees this, please contact me urgently.

Edit: I have sent an e-mail and there is 1 week before the 14-day period expires, can you please solve the problem quickly?

Great environment! Good layout of gym equipment and great staff, very friendly and approachable. One of the Personal Trainers there Vali is very polite and great to talk to about exercise tips and life in general. Overall a great community and great people. I do wish they fixed some of the lockers in the changing room, my only complaint.

Good gym experience, haven't had any complaints with staff or the process, just generally a good company, if your looking to workout it's worth seeing what they have to offer, you can sometimes catch a decent deal.

If you’re thinking of joining a Gym in January. Please please please look elsewhere and not the Gym Cameron Toll.

The equipment (cardio) is downstairs dangerous. And frequently errors on you. Meaning it stops dead. There is no maintenance logs for the machines and customer services. Or even worse staff in the Gym do not care one bit. It is a serious accident waiting to happen.

Spotless gym fab equipment some of the staff leave alot to be desired I highlighted a safety issue to the lovely aimee to be told its not her job I don't deal with that🙄 pet hate at work when the young team say that fact she looked at me like I shat in her cornflakes didn't help emailed there customer service clearly as efficient as the lovely amiee... didn't hear a thing 😬 and the generic email you sent back same one you send everyone is a heap of 💩

This is a good gym with everything you need, helpful staff and easy access 24/7

Good gym , but personal trainers are rude and arrogant they walk about like they are superior giving dirty looks to lesser peers. Surely they would want to be super friendly and lure in potential clients but that doesn’t seem the case in this gym the management could do with sorting this out as it’s very off putting!

The gym is immaculate. Cleaning standards are kept high. There is plenty equipment to suit my needs. All in all it is a great environment to train in.

You have more than enough equipment big capacity wide place the atmosphere is good the staff personell are friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied

I’ve been charged twice and my pin doesn’t work now I want my refund

Usually write good reviews for here but getting fed up with classes being cancelled due to shortage of staff. Gym is otherwise generally really good

I have been using the gym at Cameron toll, Edinburgh) for at least 6 months now but I have to say the toilets are very disgusting!. It's never cleaned are constantly very dirty, Toilet brushes have been there for ages and an eye-saw! very disgusting. Even when i go there early like 5am before work it is not clean!

I cringe whenever i have to use the toilet so i limit drinking water whilst in the gym to avoid going for a wee. I cant imgaine taking a shower which i have never done and would never do! Lets not go to the staff, some of them are nasty, passing naughty statements and threaten to revoke membership when you speak (even kindly) to them on very simple issues.

Aside that, gym equipments are great with variety

The machines are below average in terms of quality, what equipment is their is lacking such as a hack squat/ pendulum squat and majority of bar/barbells have lost the Grip due to usage and need to be replaced.
Bulk of the PT’s don’t have a scoobie and poor gym etiquette.
Only positive is it’s a cheap price but considering the price of local private gyms I will likely be moving to a better gym for a similar price.
