Been using the gym for a while now and I have to say it's the best gym I've been too. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

The Gym Farnborough- Friendly atmosphere. Csaba, the gym manager, is great and makes everyone feel welcome. Good equipment. Affordable membership cost.

Value is not as good as it used to be, and where have the cleaning stations gone. Pure Gym it is then!

Kit constantly faulty. They close Farnborough for 12 days and kit is still faulty when they re open. Offer (refuse) to reduce monthly fee for the 12 day closure citing that other gyms are available (40 mins away).
Trainers look board when taking group classes.

Honestly, if this is all you can afford, go for a walk instead.

Not cluttered, lots of space. Even when busy it's not oppressive. You aren't tripping over people or jammed in tight. Really clean, and great staff. Changing rooms are also clean and spacious.

The gym is a cheap and reliable place to exercise at. The low commitment contract makes life very easy and they often have deals going. The equipment is good and there are enough of each that you don't have to wait often. The gym staff are lively, I would especially like to mention Gladys who is a PT there, she is very friendly and her PT sessions are excellent. I should go more but I pretty much only go once a week for my PT session and have noticed such a difference in my body and strength.

My experience at TGG is made by 1 person. Gladys! She’s an absolute pleasure to work with, whether it’s to coach me with my fitness or just vent, she really is a great PT. On top of that, the gym is cheap and accessible!

There are lots of machines and equipment and the staff are very helpful.

I have been going to the gym for 4 months now as my personal trainer Gladys is based there. She's been a joy to work with and a very professional trainer. She has really put the effort in every session to tailor my workouts to my specific needs. Because of this I have seen great improvement in my overall strength and stability. The gym has a great variaty of equipment including squat racks and everything you would need to use them.

Great gym with everything you need. Free parking and can always got on the machines. PT sessions are great too. I’ve been using Hamilton FM coaching which has been a massive help getting me to the gym more often. All staff are very friendly too.

I'm in the gym every day, and that membership allows me to have access to a gym at university and the gym here in Farnborough when I'm at home. The equipment is almost always in good shape, and there's an overall friendly environment when gyms can seem intimidating, especially for a larger person like myself. The trainers are great, the session I had with Sam taught me lots about how to use the equipment. Definitely recommend

Ease of access anytime. Great equipment that is well maintained. And last but no means least, friendly helpful staff.

The PTs are very friendly and approachable. I always have a great time attending the classes.

The real thing that sets this gym aside from others is the management. Csaba runs a tight ship and the gym runs extremely efficently. I don't know how he's always smiling when he works so hard!
