I really like the contrast between the free weights and the machines. The set up is perfect for me. The vibes in the gym are always positive and i also mix it it up with some classes in the morning. And the staff of course are very helpful and friendly, including the manager Lutalo who is is great and always makes you feel welcome. Enough said.

Love this gym! The classes and the equipment layout are all top-notch. The service from the staff, especially the Manager Lutalo is exceptional, so much care to detail. Keep up the good work

I absolutely love the Sunday morning bootcamp class held by Lutalo. Not only is the class fun, Lutalo is extremely motivating, and through out the class he ensures that we get the maximum effect from each exercise.

Everything's so clean, and the staff and management are awesome♥️

Amazing, vending machine for drinks was out of action but manager of the gym lutalo worked above and beyond! Amazing man!

I been training over 21yrs and trained in a few gyms over the years but the gym group has to be the best gym I have trained in that’s why I am still a member over 6yrs and if you need any training advice the best PT is James 100%.

James has been a great help up to now, & really improved my confidence in the gym

The gym group Hemel Hempstead is a great environment to train in! In particular, Kieran Plant who is a member of staff there (manager) who made my experience even better, helping me understand specific movements that I didn’t quite understand, helping me on nutritional information; but also he’s guided and helped me through a the process of helping me become a personal trainer myself, guiding me in the right direction, picking the correct course suited for me, and is offering to help me film where needed! Honestly so helpful!

The Gym Group in Hemel Hempstead offers good facilities at a reasonable price with friendly and knowledgeable staff, particularly Kieran Plant, who provides helpful workout and diet tips. The gym is generally well-equipped, though some equipment could use maintenance. Classes like LBT with Natalia are enjoyable, though the music could be a bit loud at times. The parking is convenient but be cautious of the potholes. There's a delay in activating memberships for those needing special assistance, and the customer service response time can be improved. Overall, it's a safe and welcoming place to work out.

The class was fun! The instructor was very friendly and explained the techniques at each station in the class very well. He was very motivating and offered support throughou the class. I can’t wait for next week’s LBT and circuit class with Lutalo.

I love the classes at Hemel, Lutalo is a great instructor always brings a lot of energy to the sessions and gives you guidance when needed.
