I think everything is tremendous and environment, equipment, weather. Everybody friendly so I'm very satisfied.

Thieves at Edmonton green hub. Thieves breaking into lockers. Lost belongings, such as jackets, money and work phone. No staff whatsoever in the building and no response to the help emergency button. It was 8am and helpline also says it is closed. I called the police for a report but beware this gym at all costs unless you just want to hand your belongings to thieves for free I guess with 0 staff around.

the water fountin downstairs been broke for months no f given lazy pts

Many times I walk in and walk out because there's lots of underage kids hogging all the benches & weights in gangs, flinging the weights on the floor and shouting. It's very off putting!! I think the place needs security and people shouldn't be meeting up and using the place as a social gathering for more than a hour or so. There's not enough 20Kg weights to complete a basic workout. Honestly this gym is being run into the ground and it looks like I'll have to cancel my membership.

Please clear up all the underage kids and restock more 20Kg weights so people can actually do a workout.

The worst part: Ceiling pipes started leaking urine and sewage from the toilets above, forcing me to leave mid-workout!

The gym is so big and they have space to put more equipment. I don't know why they won't do it. Last week I had to wait 15 minutes so I can start working out. I was doing legs and they only have 2 squat cages. They should add more. Plus they have like 65 machines for cardio from which only 10 are used at once.

I train with Jennifer, she's a great coach and I deeply value the time she's spent on me and the progress she has helped me to achieve. Very thankful, I highly recommend her.

I have been a loyal customer for years due to low fee initially 19.99 a month, I joined during a deal promising this will always be the monthly fee, is when I joined. They have been upping the price every few months since and I was not informed about this new £31 charge which has been coming out via direct debit. Ridiculous as I’m a single mum who has to ration everything. Disgusting how you have taken advantage of my trust. I am done with your Gym.

Weeks ago I canceled the membership and today they charged me, I also check the payment and according to my payment it should be 26.99 and they charged me 34.99 I don't think what they are doing and no one communicates, I also sent an email and I have canceled several times membership, I hope for a response and solution to this problem, because what is happening really seems unfair to me.

Great gym lots of equipment available and staff friendly

It’s a big gym with high ceilings which is nice and cool. The studio is big and offers a nice environment for classes. However, there are big let downs in this gym, one of them being the tidiness. There is a culture of leaving the place messy which makes it difficult to find weights and frankly, dangerous due to trip hazards. Visibility of staff also appears to be an issue. Typically no staff on the gym floor to support or to reinforce the ‘put equipment back’ policy which contributes to the messiness of the place. My partner comments that the men’s toilet are usually not clean and I have experienced the women’s to have sanitary towels over flowing from bins. The strength training equipment is dated and limited with only 2 squat racks. There are however a good amount of treadmills and cardio equipment. More dumbbells are definitely required as you’ll never find a free 14, 16, or 18kg.

The Gym Edmonton green has had an amazing revamp by the bew manager and her colleagues. Since her inception she has introduced a more varied range of exercises to target both male and female at any age and ability, she listen to the members request , implement changes and more importantly give feedback on request. Amazing customer service for such a budget Gym, if you need more value for your money come to this gym .
