Today coach Leon an extremely good mentor of HIIT class which I have to say was extremely good .
He had clear teaching methods and I revised them perfectly.

I am very impressed with how his class went today .
I'm strongly recommending his class and methods of work

Dirty, filthy, machines broken, heavy lifting platform broken

I have been a long-time member of The Gym Group, and unfortunately, my experience—particularly at the Southall location—has significantly declined over the years, especially from the perspective of women's safety and comfort.

The environment at this branch does not feel welcoming or secure for female members. I have observed behavior from both the manager, Zoltan, and a trainer named Lloyd that is concerning. Zoltan appears to show preferential treatment toward male members and often displays intimidating behavior toward women. Additionally, both Zoltan and Lloyd have been seen entering the women's changing rooms without clear justification, which raises serious privacy and safety concerns.

Lloyd, in particular, tends to follow female members around the gym and invades their personal space, often making them visibly uncomfortable. This kind of conduct contributes to an atmosphere that many women may find distressing.

I urge The Gym Group to take these matters seriously and implement proper training and accountability measures to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members.

Gym is not properly monitored. Look like zoo
At least cleaning work has to be done night shift with a supervisor. So that junky people can’t sleep or mess the place up . Need serious action..!! Pay physical trainers make them to help members ..

I love the gym best classes are Leon’s top of the range effort for every class even if it’s feee for members. Leon’s tenacity is on another level knowing Leon for several years and still gives new information

The price is the best you can find, they have good equipment and facilities.

Absolutely filthy place. I have complained many times about the floor upstairs. It's covered in hairballs, chewing gum, filth, grime and now even a brown sticky substance. Looks like they never clean this area. The rest is atrocious as well. Filthy dirty lockers smeared inside and out, machines are sweaty and greasy, absolutely unhygienic. They also raised the price recently which doesn't justify this disgusting place. Avoid at all costs.

Rubish, everywhere in locker room, toilet smelling very badly, you can't have breath, tissue paper in loo, suddenly shower giving you cold water, gym incharge is so careless,, never ever pay attention, if you suggest something threatening to block membership, I have participate many times for £250 reward, never ever got one penny,,, it's just scammed to get reviews, if you rest little bit, they kick you out, no place to relaxing or rest,
Lockers are broken, many dirty clothes hanging on changing room,,
THE GYM GROUP HAS TAKEN MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT EVEN I HAVE CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP. ITS JUST STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMER WHILE THEY HAVE LEFT THE GYM ALREADY 11 DAYS AGO. I WANT THE GYM GROUP TO REFUND THIS MONEY

VERY DISAPPOINTED,

Doors and toilet has been broken for a month or two but still not fixed... Equipments are lying around cuz they don't seem to be strict on banning members who keep messing with weights no matter of placing so much of notice board...I joined in August and all I can see is getting worse

2 star for being close to Southall station and FEW TRAINERS who are active

Overall a comfortable environment to be in.

The staff are consistently attentive, approachable, and frequently say hello, a gesture increasingly uncommon in contemporary times.

Zoltan, in particular, regularly checks in to observe, motivate, and support me during training sessions, often providing incentives to encourage progress.

The gym group in southall is disgusting it smells it’s run down and it’s a total mess. The manager just sits in his office all day does not interact with anyone .. I have approached and mentioned to him multiple times about the damage barbell that is literally falling apart for the past 3 years and all he has said is he has ordered them. Excuses excuses. The bench press machine are a health hazard the cable machines are in its last legs This gym needs to be shut down and fully refurbished. New management needs to be installed… and instead of telling people to give fake reviews that the gym is good How about you actually improve the gym. Mr mandeep

Great staff and great managers and lovely gym

Would not recommend this gym. Loudmouth narcasist personal trainers loud he distracts when working out. Can be on the other side of the gym and can hear him talking to other members so loudly. Last two visits to the gym, could smell weed within the premises.

Gym has enough equipment for my workout, I enjoy training here. Staff members are helpful. Instructor Zoltan helped me with info.

I don't recommend the Southall branch. I got my belt, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, lifting straps, and backpack stolen there. The Gym has got the heavies dumbbells 38kg. 2 of the Olympics barbells are completely ruined. That not supposed to be in use .
