We're not like other gyms... We won’t tie you into a contract or charge you a fortune every month. That’s because we believe that fitness should be accessible to everybody, regardless of shape, size, fitness level, background or attitude. We’re for everyone who’s had enough of the unbelievably-expensive-monthly-contract gym, or the make-me-feel-judged-the-moment-I-walk-through-the-door gym. Affordable, high-spec, nationwide gyms, that make absolutely everybody feel welcome. Whatever your starting point, and wherever you want to go, we can help.

Smells

Went to this gym for 6-12 months on and off when they offered me discounts, but had to stop going for the below reasons.

Negatives:
- Constantly multiple people squeezing into the rotating doors together and nothing done about it. I don't want to pay for a full membership if other people don't and get away with it
- Some regulars with eye-watering BO
- Some men walking around in bare feet including one guy who would sit on benches with his bare feet up on the bench/headrest
- Air con was hardly ever on so it was always sweltering which made all of the above issues even worse
- There's always rubbish outside and the smell of urine, so often it stinks inside and out

Positives:
- Staff were always nice

There are no cleaning stations with antibac spray and paper towels, so you have to train on filthy equipment.

The provision of kettlebells is laughable. Professional grade bells are all a uniform size and shape regardless of weight, but the ones here are all random shapes and sizes. There are none heavier than 20kg, with too many useless girlie sized bells.

The place is clean and the staff are friendly .

The Hybrid 45 class today with Thomas was excellent today and I really enjoyed it..

The issue I have is when I booked my class and turned up I didn't realise

1) The Class would not be in a separate room.
2) That people who are not in the class would be exercising in such close proximity i.e in the same space on the mat where myself and other participants were..

If you are going to have classes either put them in a separate room or the area ie the mat is designated for people in the class only...........

I understand not all the equipment for the classes can be put into a room however I do believe the area should be designated for class participants only.

Worst opening day ever

It was the opening day of the gym and I asked them if the gym is open and working, they assured me it is but the customers couldn't even access the gym.
The pin didn't work for me and some others as well. Tried the QR code didn't work either.
Called their customer service and they said they can't do anything at all and said come back and try tomorrow. It was 11 PM after my work. I am not going back to this place. I recently switched from Fallowfield to this but now I am going back to them.
