Trained here for the first time and the customer service was great, good energy, friendly staff, felt very welcome, Luke the manager gave me some help and advice with my lifting techniques which I was very grateful for! Looking forward to training here again soon! :)

Class experience
I just did a legs,bums&tums class it was really good and effective. My instructor was called Luke he was very friendly and motivating. I really enjoyed the class will definitely do it again.

Highly Recommend
I was very happy The Gym Group opened a branch in this particular location (northampton central, july 22) as there was no other gym in this radius. The gym is well equipped with all the latest equipment. The staff i have met (Jamie & Luke) are very welcoming and friendly and happy to assist with any advice, issues or queries or how to use any of the equipment if unclear. Membership fees are reasonably priced. The bathroom facilities are clean and tidy.

Highly recommended
This is an excellent gym supervised by the friendliest of staff. It’s kept very clean and has a brilliant selection of equipments, from the weights and resistance machines to the functional/class zone. You're sure to find what you need.
To top it off parking is free. I highly recommend.

The Gym is nice and clean
The Gym is nice and clean, with loads of equipment to use it has free parking for members and the staff are Friendly.
I recommend anyone to come and try it out.

Excellent gym.
Excellent gym would definitely recommend. The gym has a very friendly vibe. As a women going on my own I feel very safe & confident there. The staff are very friendly & helpful & make you feel welcome. There is someone there during core hours cleaning constantly. There is a lot of good equipment & most of them there are 2 or more so no queuing. As I said at the start definitely recommend this gym.

First gym I’ve ever been a member of…
First gym I’ve ever been a member of and I’m glad I joined. It’s always clean, spacious, very good selection of equipment. A good range of workout classes are available that are tailored to your needs. All staff are approachable and helpful at all times.

It’s great gym!
All the team members are so friendly and helpful. I’ve been doing a lot of Hit, circuits and fit pump classes with Jamie, Luke, Alex and Paige. They are doing their best to help everyone.
I highly recommend this gym to everyone.

The gym manager has confirmed that due to staffing issues at the time, we were unable to accommodate classes in the evening.
This branch is now pleased to confirm they can offer classes between 19;15-19:45.

Honestly couldn't chose a better gym..
Honestly couldn't chose a better gym... plenty of equipment and very spacious. They offer a variety of classes which I've taken part!
I feel comfortable when doing my own workout and not feel judged like I've felt in other gyms.
Want to give Alex and Luke a massive shoutout!
Alex being my PT and a brilliant one at that and also doing great classes and being approchable.. and Luke for always doing grate classes and being approachable and friendly! 100% would recommend this gym

Highly recommend this Gym!!!
I’m really impressed by this gym, the staff are so helpful and kind and the equipment is always clean and tidy. It’s also got a great range of equipment and a really big open space for functional workouts and classes! I’m really happy I joined and I highly recommend this to anyone, whether you know your stuff or the gym is a new place for you!

A really beneficial gym!
I’ve been really enjoying my experience at The Gym Group in Northampton Centre, the facilities are great, there are more then adequate free weights and cardio machines to use as well and it is always very clean which is a positive. The location is perfect and the staff are always helpful!
