I would give it zero stars if I could. Signed up and was told my pin is not active until the manager contacts me. After two weeks of waiting (bear in mind I was charged for those two weeks) I went there and asked a PT to show me around and liaise with her manager about my issue. Nothing happened. Sent tickets through their web service, you only receive an auto reply saying your ticket is closed. Contacted the customer service number and they said we are a third party company who only deals with billing. So don't bother if you haven't signed up yet. Worst experience ever.

I've been a member at The Gym Group since late last year and it's been such a great experience. I've been doing the Legs, Bums & Tums class regularly since December. The class is fun, challenging and a great way to stay consistent with fitness goals.

A big shoutout to Skyla, one of the personal trainers - she's incredible. Her energy, encouragement and attention to detail make every session motivating and effective. Whether in class or one-on-one, she really takes the time to understand your goals and push you in the best way possible.

Highly recommend!

Love the gym, I train early so the opening times are great. The gym itself is well equipped so I never struggle to feel on machines.

Luke and the team are friendly and helpful.

The gym is everything you could want/expect at the price bracket.

Hate this gym. Nobody puts weights back, it's full of little boys who would rather mess around and look hard than actually work out and I literally saw a man sit on the empty weight rack, because all the weights have gone missing. Also full of machine hogs and it's impossible to actually spot any of the staff around.
The equipment is nice and varied, but what's the point when you have to look for other free weight on the other side of the gym like you're scooby doo

It’s ok but the Wi-Fi never works and due to basement location can’t get any signal so you can’t stream music during workouts-I send messages but no one replies..Once month runs out I’ll join other gym

Good price and loads of equipment. The showers are hot and clean so I can go straight to work afterwards.

Staff are friendly and classes are great if you are on a time crunch. Plenty of equipment and machines. Always feel comfortable working out there.

being a grumpy old man Emma isn't a nice person she is working me and releasing Happy endorphins this is going to ruin my reputation....

I have done a number of the classes which I love. I always feel fitter and stronger after doing them. Jack is brilliant on a Monday night, Ricardo is brilliant on a Wednesday night (shame he is no longer doing them as I really enjoyed them). I’ve started doing Emma’s class Tuesday and Thursday and she works your butt off. Jade’s classes on a Saturday morning are fun and she always gets us working in teams which is good. I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy the gym as find it boring but the classes use weights and you work all your muscle groups.

Classes are taken by friendly, competent staff that put you at ease and give you confidence in yourself.

Really good classes that challenge me each week.

I come every week to Emma’s classes they are really enjoyable and I feel like I get results from her classes. I cannot rate Emma enough she is a brilliant trainer

I have contacted several times the company to point out the strongly cold temperature on the gym floor (at least at the location I'm going to) we have been experiencing since November 2022, especially during the coldest days; however, I have never received any answer about it.

They are just interested in getting more clients, (over)filling the gym with people but, at the same time, they don't care at all about offering (basic) good services.

Don't offer a membership for a cheap price if then, because you cannot afford it, you have to cut down those services.

Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. In this case, shi**y poor services absolutely not (at least) set at a standard quality.

The gym in Sutton offers a friendly, welcoming experience. Jack, Luke and the other staff are approachable and organise the classes so they are demanding but fun. They smile and always have a welcome for everyone who enters the gym. A great place to workout.
