I ordered from The Health & Beauty Shop and after three weeks still had no parcel and no replies to my emails. I eventually got one vague update but no tracking. Poor communication and fulfillment — I won’t order again until this is fixed.

plased an order in end of Dec and still they are failed to deliver my order also not respond via chat and mail.

First time ordered with Superb Health & Beauty and I need to say I am very impressed with them. I had a few queries regarding the delivery and Patrycja and Gosia were very attentive and professional. The products I've ordered are top quality, well packaged and very well priced. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and pleased with finding this gem in UK. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality cosmetics.I will be ordering again very soon! :D

Placed an order back in August. Product did not arrive. Emailed several times. No reply. Looks as though others have had a similar experience. IMO it's a scam website. Avoid them.

Big hair loss after using thinning seissor by Barber in BHAVESH HAIR SALOON.The barber in the saloon are less than 18 years old and are not professional. There is big gap in hair after hair cutting.I also had a pain in head after hair cut. He directly used the thinning scissors with out my consent which pulled out my hairs from roots . worst service by barber.if you want to get bald just visit Bhavesh men's parlor

I had ordered a tanning product before I read the reviews which did make me think I will be scammed.
But my tanning product came 24 hours later! Super happy with the speed and easy process. These reviews might put you off! But I got my product!! X

This site doesnt even deserve one star. Its been a month no product in site. Definitely a scam. Will report this to the police. Got an email after various attempt to contact them but only after almost a month to let me know they willcheck will royal mail. Still no response after.

will never order again, nobody is replying I spent so much money and no update on my orders till now. I think its a scam, can we take this matter to court?

I would never order anything from this company again. 3 weeks later and still waiting for my goods. I’ve emailed twice and they haven’t bothered to reply.

I’ve mad an order online 7 days ago and it said it would of taken 2-3working days. I’ve emailed them no responds. They had a good deal but at this point should of just ordered it of amazon, could of save me the headache. Very bad

I ordered a month ago. They have my money but haven't sent the product. I emailed about it a couple weeks ago and it took them a week to respond just to tell me to wait longer. Not sure if they're a scam or just incompetent.

I placed an order on 19 June. The item was said to arrive between 2-5 working days. It is now 26 June and the item hasn't even been shipped yet. No explanation so far, but I have sent an email to the website. Not heard anything back yet.

The support on line was extremely prompt and helpful. The price was extremely competitive and delivery was very quick. It was easy to contact the seller and the site was clear and unfussy. There were some issues in relation to the e-commerce aspects of the site - but nothing relating to the security of the site. However, these issues were quickly dealt with by the seller and I plan to purchase from them again.

I found The Health and Beauty Shop competitive in price....but i would have bought from them anyway as they have had some good positive reviews.
I was looking for some Burts Bees Baby Bee products and they have a brilliant selection of baby care products. I even noticed they did Medela breastpumps....if only i had known before as i just purchased the Medela Freestyle breastpump last week.
Website is good and easy to navigate and fast...best of all not a minefield which is what i really not like.

An i wasn't dissapointed....their delivery was prompt just as they had promised.

I wanted my products before i went on holiday and emailed them if they could try and send via special delivery....and they did so although i had to pay extra over the phone.
They actually called me to inform me about this once they had posted the items which was impressive.

I would definitely recommend The Health & Beauty Shop and i think they have gained another loyal customer with me.

Great customer service, was a joy to shop with them even though Royal mail made a misstake with the delivery, Health & Beauty went out of their way to help me, also sent out replacement goods free of charge. A sign of a good company is how they deal with things going wrong, 100% professional can't faulty them at all.
I would happly recommend and shop here again. Great product range at good prices.

fast delivery and cheap prices. well packages and good email feedback. good producty range as welll particularly Clarins and they also do solgar multivitamins.
