As I haven't received my order

As I haven't received my order, or any communication since 14/1/24, I will not deal with this company in the future. I will now start a request for a refund.
24/1/24. I now have been refunded but the reply from Hemp Hacienda is nonsense as I emailed asking why I hadn't received my order but, again, no reply. I would not deal with this Company in future as I have no confidence in the way it is managed.

Thank you for your kind review. We're very sorry, sorry that you didn't have the common sense to make contact via one of the normal methods ie email or phone.
Sometimes orders do get misplaced or missed .we try to achieve 100% but realistically that's not always possible.on the rare occasion this happens and customers let us know, we do put it right somhow.
As it stands you still have not asked for a refund. Rest assured you will be receiving that today even though you haven't followed the claims procedure.
As a a 1 star review is so damaging to businesses we would appreciate it if in the future you shopped elsewhere.

This company care about the service…

This company care about the service they provide. The item was dispatched slightly later then they anticipated, without any prompt from me they emailed me with an apology and refunded the postage fee. This is really impressive... I will definitely buy from here again and definitely recommend this business.

The item I purchased was also as described and a better price than else where. I honestly can't recommend this company enough!!! Do not hesitate to buy from this company.

Brilliant products and customer service

Brilliant customer service, the oil used and the bath soak was top and really worked. I'm looking forward to purchasing more of the bath soak for after gym workouts. thanks it's made a difference as you said it could do.
