We were founded in Leeds in 1987 and have been at the heart of the UK's contemporary fashion scene ever since. Nice range of quality products, well-designed online shop and pleasant in-store experience.
The HIP store is one of my go-to suppliers for Beams+ (mainly Oxford shirts), Universal works (variations of the timeless baker's jacket), and various other one-off items. Helpful and friendly staff in-store for advice as well as potential refunds as and when needed.
Disclaimer: my go to styles are more old school and traditional as I'm not into FOMO-driven designer brands or fashionable streetwear.
The book 'Ametora' by W. David Marx is also partly helping me to understand and appreciate the wider range of styles that shops like HIP cater for. So this review is a definitely plug to encourage the masses to go and by more Beams+ products, rather than many of the all-too-common high street labels that stores like HIP tend to avoid. Long live Ivy-inspired Japanese clothing.

Truly shocking experience. Made an order on the 21st February for store pick up. Sent a message to customer services on the 3rd March to see what the status of my order was..only to be told that the order had been in the store since the 23rd and ready.
I would have no confidence in ordering from them again.
