Sophie was amazing. We needed air conditioning for the last heatwave and she managed to arrange and deliver a unit the very next day.

She went out of her way to make sure it came the next day so that our staff didn’t have to suffer working in the heat.

The air conditioning units are great - very powerful and effective at cooling down a large space.

Highly recommend for any business needing air con and highly recommend Sophie for her friendly and efficient customer service.

David from the Brighton branch has been fantastic at helping me rent the stuff I need to lay my patio - I've had numerous delays with materials and it was no problem to continually reschedule until I could collect. The equipment was ready at the drop of a hat once I had the materials + weather to proceed and he even helped me load everything into the car.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Sophie in Tonbridge today - i wasn’t sure what generator i needed for an event over the summer and she talked me through it all - pros and cons what leads we would need, looking forward to getting to order placed for the summer!

The Lift Sector Tooling team at HSS are always super helpful. We use them for all lift equipment, whether that be tiraks, minifors, towers - you name it. They are always able to be reached on the phone too which is a great help. Lee and Eve are my two go to's!
