We’re really sorry for this experience — it’s not the level of service we aim to provide.

After reviewing your order, we can see that two items were purchased but only one was delivered, which was likely a warehouse error on our side. We sincerely apologize for this. We also understand how frustrating it is to receive lights that were not working. Thank you for providing the requested photos and videos to help us confirm the issue — even so, we acknowledge that the resolution process took longer than it should have.

To resolve this, we processed a full refund for both items on January 6th. Depending on the payment method, refunds typically take up to 15 days for Klarna, PayPal, and Clearpay, or up to 19 days for card payments to appear.

We truly appreciate your patience and feedback, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.
