Brought some more of the 100mm corten steel garden edging which is a great product and looks fantastic when finished. Would give another 5 stars for the tool that was supplied with the second batch which makes joining them together so much simpler and quicker.

Ordering and delivery were quick and easy. The edging was well-made and carefully packaged so it all arrived undamaged. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and installation was straightforward and relatively quick, even when the strips needed bending. We were pleased that the edging was flexible enough to make the design we wanted, including a complete circle and several quite sharp curves. One of the few challenges was making sure that the edging wasn't deflected by hidden stones, but this was only an occasional delay. The finished appearance was just as we had hoped, with the edging giving a neat and visually pleasing border to 4 rectangular beds with a circular one in the centre.

The product I was looking for was in stock at a fair price and delivery was within two working days as quoted.

Had used Ideal Garden before so had no hesitation ordering Core Edge from them.
Item was delayed by the courier, which was not their fault.

The ordering was very easy to do, also along with specifying a day for delivery. However, despite specifying a particular day, it was delivered early and sat on the doorstep over the werkend.

Ordered black edging arrived on time and was easy to install and even form a curve. Looks very smart. Very efficient and highly recommend.

I had been struggling to find large steel pins online, so I was very glad to find this company selling them and for the purpose I wanted - to support steel garden/lawn edging. I ordered 5 packs of 10 pins which still qualified for free delivery. They arrived quickly and well packed. They are as shown i.e 30 cm, excellent quality, very strong support pins. I am finding them very useful to reinforce and align some corten steel edging (purchased elsewhere). I would recommend this product.

Purchased some edging two times from ideal garden, first time no problems. Second time the edging arrived late (after the confirmed delivery date). I had booked a workman to help, but as the edging hadn’t turned up I had to cancel and was charged, I contacted ideal garden and the response was to blame the delivery company. They re-sent the product again, but it was still too late and I was charged. Ideally I was looking for an apology and some contribution to my costs as a result of the delay, unfortunately not, hence the lower rating. Be careful if you’re working to a deadline and depending on the agreed delivery date.

The product was in line with what we expected and the service was outstanding. The service was outstanding because DPD ,the delivery company, mixed up their delivery address labels and sent us goods from another company totally unrelated to the Garden Shop. DPD failed to sort this out so the Ideal Garden Shop sent us the replacement goods for the next day.
