Amazing experience with The Independent…

Amazing experience with The Independent Pharmacy. Haven't been able to get a Dr's appointment for love sweat or tears. Yes, I had to pay more than a prescription but, at least I was heard and hot what I needed. Very fast turnaround as well.

Excellent, speedy service with comprehensive information and advice - a brilliant service. Sorted me out when alternative options were too logistically tricky. Would definitely use again! 🙏

Poor Service

I placed an order for Azealic acid face cream. Over 48 hours later and my consultation had not been reviewed by a clinician.

Incredibly unreliable service. Avoid!

I had a severe skin problem

I had a severe skin problem, the NHS did not listen. Guess what? The independent pharmacy did. After a consultation with them via email they devised a plan. What can I say my skin is fo much better, also they monitor and follow up. They don't just issue you with goods or medication, they keep you updated with advice and follow ups.
