I ordered some external pipe insulations which arrived very quickly, unfortunately I had ordered incorrectly and the items would be unusable. I emailed the insulation shop to ask how I could return my order and I was surprised to receive a call literally within minutes of my email, Ian was extremely helpful and gave me the information I needed to make the return. I just received a confirmation email to say that my return had been received and refund has been actioned.
I’m so impressed with such excellent customer service and highly recommend this company.

ordered online and had to amend my order twice - the lady I dealt with was amazing, really helpful and got my order revised each time, my invoice was straight on my email and delivery was here at 9.30am the next morning by DPD - cant ask for any better service
