I purchased a travel shaving brush a couple of weeks ago. When going to use it the second time the "knot" fell out of the handle. I emailed Adam the issue and six minutes later the problem was solved. A replacement will be sent asap. That's customer service at its finest. Bravo !

Outstanding service. Adam did a light renovation and honing on my cut throat razor and also helped take photos and measurements of the packaging I sent it in when the courier tried to charge me additional postage as the parcel allegedly exceeded my initial measurements. With Adam’s help I have a fabulous looking razor that I can use again and the courier dropped their additional charge.

Always had amazing service from invisible edge. I've brought 3 straight razors from them. All if them i love and enjoy using. They really care about their customers and it shows. From having an amazing amout of products, knowledge, and their sharpening services. 100% recommend and will only get my shaving products from them

I bought a 7/8 Thiers Issard straight razor from Adam at The Invisible Edge. If you want one of these fabulous razors, Adam was the only UK vendor selling this brand when I bought mine and he has a great selection of their models. And Adam won't ship a razor until he's put a great edge on it. Other vendors sell straight razors as "shave ready", but Adam's really are. I've shaved with it now several times and it's an outstanding razor; the quality is superlative. It was a pleasure doing business with him and The Invisible Edge is going to be my go-to vendor for shaving gear.

I started shaving with a straight razor around 3 years ago and with 2 razors on the go the sharpeness lasted well into this year, but ultimately started to go dull. I have previously had the blades sharpended by others but when they came back they were ok for a week or two but went dull. One blade quicker than the other. They are both Dovo of Solingen so I looked into having them done again. Adam was quick to turn around the first razor and also answered any questions I had. The blade feels like it glides and leaves a really good shave. Much better then when the blade was brand new. Thank you.

Recently purchased my first straight razor (Dovo Bocote Prima Klang) from Adam and couldn't be happier with the service.

Near instant replies to any questions asked and very accommodating. Having had issues with a certain delivery company recently i asked if it was possible for the my razor to be sent with another courier and Adam quickly replied with a couple of options.

They will be my go-to for all future shaving related purchases & advice.

Great company! Adam put a new edge on a 1960's Puma that I recently acquired. He kept me up to date with everything. I brought my first straight razor (Dovo) from here a few years ago, and I remember the service was just as great then too. It's great to know that companies like this still exist! My girlfriend just bought me a DOVO razor kit for Christmas... and I’ve obviously opened it early (she couldn’t contain herself). The kit is amazing... the packaging as well as the products just ooze luxury. It came with a razor, a strop, a soap, a dish, a block, a badger brush and stand and also a nick coagulator stick... oh and leather balm. The blade comes ready (and I’m not going to lie ... it’s pretty daunting) and it is an absolute dream. You get a nice letter with some tips etc and Adam’s number in case you want to chat... I’m still figuring out but it’s everything I’d hoped for from a cut throat razor (I’ve never had one before)... and I hope that I manage to figure it out and that this can be the beginning of a new life long relationship! Thanks guys!

I wanted a straight razor and had purchased one previously which was a disaster.

Called Adam at The Invisible Edge and he answered all my questions and was a great help. I purchased a razor which arrived next day (as promised ). I have just shaved with it and it was amazing. Very sharp out of the box (not all razors are) a beautiful, clean close and comfortable shave.
