Just awful company
Just awful company. I never received my order. They packaged it so poorly the delivery company had to tape it - empty of any content. Maybe they didn't even send anything! They refuse to respond to emails, messages and I had to open a chargeback against them.
I would NOT recommend. A bunch of thieves and nothing else.

SLOW and they don’t respond via anything (email, phone or webchat)
Did eventually get what I purchased but sent multiple emails, tried to ring the number which says the inbox is full then disconnects and web chat, you get automatic response and then no further answers to questions. I ended up opening a PayPal case after no response from the company and then eventually it was sent by them during this time. Would not recommend- takes forever and bad customer service. Avoiding from now on.

The keffiyeh that I want to return is cheap quality and has a thread coming of it.

Keffiyeh scarf
Really nice quality scarf and arrived fast, is not as thick as traditional keffiyehs but still made from cotton and much better than the cheap polyester ones
