I recently ordered a jacket from this company and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. Not only did I receive the incorrect size, but the jacket also differs significantly from what was advertised on the website.

The color and material of the jacket are completely different from the product listing. This was a huge letdown as I was expecting a specific look and feel, but what I received was nothing like it.

To make matters worse, I now have to return the jacket internationally to the U.S., even though it was initially shipped to me from Pakistan. This adds an unreasonable cost to the return, and I believe it’s unfair for customers to bear the return shipping charges when the product doesn’t meet the description.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious and thoroughly consider all aspects before making a purchase.

However, after sharing my concerns, the company reached out to resolve the issue and they have now issued a full refund. While the initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate the company’s effort to make things right.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I ordered the "Urban Slate" jacket made in blue leather. It is very good quality, with excellent craftsmanship, and value.

I ordered a custom leather jacket and Sam at support reached out to me to confirm the measurements just to be sure I had done them correctly. As it turns out, I needed to make some minor adjustments. The jacket arrived and it fits perfectly and the quality is excellent. I am very pleased with the product and the experience.

I ordered a custom made jacket, as the one seen worn by Colin Bridgerton in the Bridgerton series. Known in the community as "The Colin Pirate coat"

I showed several referance pictures, up close, full view and provided what I expected to be a decent description.

When I was shown the final product, I raised concerns about the back not having the correct pattern.

I was assured that it did, but it just didnt show well on pictures.

I signed off on the product, and it has now arrived, so here is my verdict:

Pros:
• Great quality fabric
• Good quality stitching
• Excellent quality sizing

Cons:
• Reference pictures could have been followed more accurately (Edit: After speaking with a local tailor in person, I am told they did it correctly, it's just a different fabric than used in the show, which is very rare / not commercially available, since it was stopped being made in the early 1900)
• Time between order and item arriving quite long, but it's custom made, so that's a con I accepted.
• For the price I paid, I expected a more accurate product (edit: This still stands, as the collar on the coat is different, but I remain happy with my product)

Overall:
I am happy with my product, in spite of the discrepancies with the reference images shown.
The fit is immaculate, and the quality of the product itself is very well made.

I would definitely use these guys again, but provide more detailed pictures, and a much more detailed description.

Shawn was a great guy during the whole process of the coat being made.

Edit: Just realized they had added a little notepad with the package, which is a thing the character using this coat in the show carries with him.

This attention to detail is extraordinary. Raised review by 1 star. Will definitely be using these guys again as mentioned.

Ordered the Noah biker jacket for my son’s birthday from The Jacket Maker. The jacket is perfect and fits him like a glove. He’s so happy with it and I am pleased with the quality and customer service. The whole process was great and it’s a jacket that he’s going to enjoy for years. I had a custom jacket and vest made through the Jacket Maker and they absolutely nailed it. Both pieces fit perfectly on arrival, and the construction is phenomnal. The customer service was also notably amazing; I had one point of contact throughout the process and he made it so easy! Highly recommend them, would work with them in a heartbeat.

I recently ordered 50 black quilted jackets with my company's logo embroidered on the left side of the chest. The turnaround time for the jackets was very quick. The quality of the jackets is great. I worked with Shawn and he answered all of the questions I had. He made this a seamless process and I will definitely be using this company for my next event!

bespoke leather lab coat feels heavy and resilient. i feel confident with even my most daring experiments in the lab in this.

What made my experience great, is, they were able to get white leather, and put the picture I wanted on the back. I had the Damian jacket made in white leather.

I love my custom leather jacket , am a plus size 2X to be specific and it fit me like a glove .

Jacket was dispatched promptly and via a trustworthy courier. Came with extra little freebies like a notebook and a car air freshener! The jacket itself however is the showstopper - I got the Alexis black single breasted leather coat and I have not stopped wearing it since receiving! It’s giving matrix vibes and I love it.
