Placed order Jan 2, was told item is in transit to me and would be delivered within the shipping policy. It was not, when I reached out again they are now saying there is a delay in my order due to item being out of stock. Poor communication from them and they were dishonest.

Over a month, NO ITEM

Purchased item early December, still waiting for it. These items are shipping from China, and they use the cheapest last mile delivery service possible (GOFO).

Item was in the U.S. on 12/20. Apparently first attempt to deliver (to an address that has no issues with USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL) failed. And it's been sitting due to "weather delays" since. Going on 3.5 weeks that the last mile delivery service has had the item. At some point I will contact my credit card company for a refund and Jewelri can fight with their pathetic last mile delivery service.

They advertised jewelry from other companies!

This company advertised on Facebook with every add having jewelry from other companies! They show other companies jewelry that has 14k stamps on them and they don’t have it on their jewelry. I should’ve done some research on them before purchasing!

Do NOT pay for express shipping
I ordered earrings on June 2nd and paid an extra £6 for "express shipping because they were a present for a birthday on June 15th.
It is now two weeks later and they have still not yet arrived. Obviously I would not have bought them if I had known that "Express shipping" meant at least two weeks.
The earrings themselves may be fine (I don't know, they are yet to arrive). This review is just a warning that the firm doesn't tell you that the extra fee they charge for "Express Shipping" is a con.
