This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. The Joy of Home Educating AVOID

From May 2025 to December 2025 I paid this company instalments(except 1 instalment that she requested be paid via PayPal) for a trip to Japan scheduled for September 2026. When asked for proof of booking over several messages it transpired the trip was not booked. The company also had an active proposal to strike off due to non submission of company paperwork. I sent an objection to companies house to stop this and asked the director for a full refund. She tried delaying tactics but eventually prepared a repayment plan to clear this balance by 20/3/26. By this date she had not cleared the full balance and gave a new date of 31/3/26 which I am now waiting for. Since this has happened I have found out this has happened before over several years. I would advise caution of dealing with this company and the director.
