All single females do not go here!!

I have been coming to this pub for years. They ask me for my id which I happily gave and they say “it’s expired” thinking it was a joke I said well I’m not getting any younger? They then replied with show us your passport photo… which is the same bloody birthday.

The security horrible and I might even get to the point of being misogynistic. As a single female I would not attend this pub alone.

RUDE BARTENDERS

Came for farewell drinks for a colleague after work (6pm on 08/02/2024). Was asked for ID, unfortunately I didn’t have this to hand. Before I’d even said anything your bartender on shift tonight was extremely confrontational and argumentative. I’m a 5ft1 female being confronted by a Middle Aged man for no reason. I was absolutely fine not having an alcoholic drink, and had made this clear to him. I had to tell the bartender to calm down and that there was no need to be so rude, and so did my colleagues. As you can imagine this was very embarrassing and scary for me.

Please train your bartenders to have better customer service and interpersonal skills, and to not pick on young girls. I’m pretty sure he was a manager as well - terrible.

Myself and the staff will definitely not be returning.
