I've placed the order on 11 of September, requested cancelation on the 25th and nothing happened until this moment.
I ask you to solve this problem as soon as possible!

My order was made on september 24.
It was said that I would recive my purchase in 7-14 days but when i check order status it says that it still has not been shipped. I sent 5 emails and they never replied. It was a birthday present so it kind of lost meaning now

Order: TK1549A. Iv ordered a jersey for my friend's birthday on september 11th and it still didn't came, it's not even shipped. Its a shame because he really wanted the jersey for birthday and now its late.

Bad quality fake kits, probably manufactured in the worst conditions and probably dropshipped. Don't buy, stick to original vintage

After a few weeks my shirt arrived but it didn’t fit. On the website it says I should contact thekitarea per mail and that they would respond within 14 days. so I did just that. After waiting 14 days I had not yet received a response, so I mailed a reminder to please process my refund request. It has now almost been a month since my first mail and 2 weeks since my second mail and I still have not heard anything from them.

Great company, the shirts they have available are superb. Their deliveries to Slovakia are great although my latest order was very late. But it worked out in the end and I really enjoy my new jersey.

They know their stuff. Great quality kits Minor issue with delivery because the product wasn't dispatched on time to the carrier. But I love the kits.

Very good quality shirts. I have ordered may be 6 shirts from here and they were all good quality and affordable, I had 0 issues with shipping and it arrived, in a reasonable time.

The quality of switching ends is a bit off but overall the printing and the quality of the materials is good. I wouldn't buy the jerseys if they are not on sale so wait for a sale they are every few weeks or so.
