Sneakily charge a subscription service
The coin and case came eventually (waited nearly a month). I was under the impression that the free coin was a one off as it was a link offer from another company and I just had to pay for postage which I did.
Little did I know that they tried to take a £40 card payment from me as part of a subscription. That was not made clear at any point of the customer journey.
Luckily my bank suspected fraud so cancelled that card payment and I cancelled my account with them.
Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

I’ve been getting once a month deliveries from the Koin club of the history of the RAF subscription.
I haven’t been disappointed with any of the medallions I have received so far.

Checkered…
Took ages to get a response via email or Facebook messenger. The website live chat doesn’t work and there is no other means of contacting apart from the aforementioned.
Even when I did get a reply, subsequent support had long periods between.
Initial 3 email support replies were all AI generated.
When my order arrived, the envelope was empty, so I needed to contact again… but then, thankfully, I did get a quicker response.
The website does ‘trick’ one into long subscriptions of future collection releases if one doesn’t read the small print - which I did! Postage is also a little odd, with an additional (nearly) £2 fees applied automatically for protection… which, again, is a catch if not aware!!
All that said, the support I have received in both places was always very kind, helpful and did resolve the various problems and requests… in the end.
I feel it is a bigger issue than the customer service team - the company itself is not run efficiently enough on this side of things. But, that is of course just speculation!
