I've had an awful experience with this…

I've had an awful experience with this company, firstly the price kept going up( twice) in different messages but I paid it as I really wanted it. when it arrived it was smaller than was stated and the paint job wasn't very good. I messaged seller but got very rude unprofessional replies and was refused a refund as it was apparently custom order yet they was selling others through their facebook page , we never came to agreement then I got blocked from page and I'm left 44 pounds out of pocket.

I had an issue with a plaque I had …

I had an issue with a plaque I had purchased as a present for my sister and she wanted to contact them for advice, turns out they can only be contacted via Facebook and as my sister does not do Facebook I contacted them on her behalf and advised I thought it was poor customer service and that they should look to consider an email contact for customers that don't access Facebook, to which they answered that my comments were offensive, the conversation went on with them asking "who did I think I was and they didn't want to deal with people like me" I did respond that in answer to that question I was the customer but unfortunately they blocked me so they never got to see my reply. As someone who has spent many years in customer services I found it appalling the service I received and would not advise anyone to use this company if they require any kind of service.

Scam taken money but not sent what was paid for

My mum ordered me a birthday plaque for Xmas through this company, she paid for extra tallis and when she received it she wrapped it up and gave it to me but was after Xmas as I live a few hours drive away and I was working over xmas. She was shocked to find the extra tallis were not included but the money was taken, my mum contacted them and they refused to refund her or send the extra tallis, now because my mums trying to get her money or the extra tallis the woman is calling her a bully and reporting her to Facebook along with blocking anyone that contacts her about it. Not very professional. Avoid company
