We were very impressed with the service provided by Simon. At least two plumbers had tried and failed to locate the leak. Simon found it very quickly. He had an impressive array of technology at his disposal.He was very thorough in investigating all potential sources of problems after the first source of the leak was found and identified two further issues. He communicated very well and documented what he had found very clearly.

Simon located the underfloor leak and fitted a new section of pipe, all in a reasonable amount of time.
Also pointed out a couple of minor, unrelated plumbing issues, to be dealt with by a regular plumber in due course.
Provided details of a company specialising in reinstatement and liaison with insurance company.

Very happy with the service we received from The Leak Detection Co.The engineer was on time and always polite. He fully explained how he was going to try and find the problem,which he did after several different tests.He was very tidy in his work,making sure we were happy with what he was doing.Our own plumber would deal with the leak.He was a credit to the company. We liked him very much.He also likes a cup of tea..Thankyou .

The knowledge of water systems that our LDC engineer had enabled us to understand our system better, and to then prove to the Water Board that we do not have a leak. Something that we are told every year. However we now have a better understanding of it which is great.

I needed a specialist water leak tracing company as I became aware of a problem. Having checked a number of companies online, I opted for The Leak Detection Company as they have numerous and very positive recent reviews.
Booking the engineer was straightforward with a very helpful administrator.
Brendan arrived promptly and was very professional and friendly in manner. He worked methodically to check possible causes of the water leak. He took time to explain what was being tested and show us the outcome of each test. Brendan was able to confirm that there was a water leak also gave us the necessary advice in order to rectify the issue. This was followed by a clearly written report including photographs of the various findings.
We would have no reservations in reccomending this company.

Simon their Engineer found the problem quickly and gave us his best advice on how to proceed. The advice was good and we have acted on it. Without his equipment and knowledge we would have been working in the dark so the cost to investigate was money well spent and we will use the company again if we have an issue.
