Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 3,464 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many consumers found the gift cards easy to use and the process straightforward after initial understanding. People appreciated the flexibility to divide funds across various brands and the wide selection of shops, restaurants, and experiences available. However, some customers noted significant difficulties with the website, describing it as clunky, dated, and not user-friendly, often requiring multiple steps to redeem vouchers. Reviewers experienced issues like glitching, sign-in problems, and confusion regarding online versus in-store redemption, alongside limitations with voucher denominations or specific retailers not being available.

I’d rate The Lifestyle Gift Card 4 out of 5. The biggest downside was the website, which felt a little dated and wasn’t the most user-friendly. It could definitely benefit from being more streamline... See more

Excellent no problem at all with…

Excellent no problem at all with redeeming the vouchers. Recommended. Would be good to add Amazon to the available providers. But overall great choice and like the independent brands for unique gifts. Website very easy to use.

It is very hard to activate the card…

It is very hard to activate the card the codes that you kept sending me won't not work and also you get used them in Aldi and my neighbour had to redeem the card to a Sainsbury's app not impressed how my husband's firm does not give them the lifestyle gift card again I think most of the employees had the same trouble some didn't even bother to redeemed and there were worth £80 because that's how long my husband's firm has be operating and employs over 100 staff so his from spent a lot of money on the cards 😟

Con. Scam. Do not use!

My wife and I wanted to use the vouchers (£450) on a jet 2 holiday. When I came to redeem they couldn’t be redeemed direct with jet 2. Instead, I had to call a travel company who book with jet 2. When they came to price match the same holiday they were 20% more expensive (+£1300). So misleading and a waste of my time. I will be asking to redeem my vouchers with a new retailer, not an intermediary! False advertising, plain and simple.
