I had to point out he issue but they were quick to fix
In this case if I hadn’t followed up on my order I don’t know when the issue would have been picked up. For some reason my order was missing or cancelled. After I reached out from not hearing anything they were quick to fix this issue. I have used TLG before and great service and no issues. Just not this time where the only thing different was pay g via bank transfer.
