Total scam
Total scam artist, ordered and paid for plants, which were never ever dispatched, dealt with a lady called Kim and a guy called Ben who were both repeatedly dishonest making false promises. Both Fraudsters I’m afraid!

Living Leaf is a scam. Paid £170 for hedging that was never delivered. No refund issued. Would not accept my calls. Marketplace says the are local, they are not (do not know where they are located). Check the other reviews - it is not just me - it is a scam. I just lost £170.
Avoid,scam , fraud!
They sending you link for order, looks a decent online plant shop but once you ordered and paid, that's it, disappear order history, can't contact them! They are on marketplace !
Just avoid buying from them!
Same as other review. Ordered plant on 22 may after being told they would keep in contact with me in relation to delivery. They deleted their chat history with me. No answer on what’s app. Contacted my bank to report it as a fraud. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID
Order placed and paid for, confirmation email recivied and thats it. I ordered on the 20th on May and have heard nothing back. My requests for tracking information have gone unanswered.
I can only assume this to be a scam and try and get my money back via my card provider.
AVOID!
Rubbish company with rubbish plants. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
I am now dealing with a long drawn out CC dispute to get my refund.
Dont buy from this company, aftersales are non existent.
Well what can I say, this company also have a connection with Royal cart .
Ordered 110 laurels and 100 turned up, tried twice to get Ben to send them out but nothing arrived. Communication was all good to start with but went down hill very quickly, tried to get my refund of £30 (for the missing 10 plants) but never arrived. I have today been in Communication with Ben and the torrent of abuse is quite unbelievable. I would not deal with this company, avoid at all costs. I've had to initiate a chargeback to get whats owed to me. Ordered from Marketplace thinking they were local, maybe a lesson learnt.
