This is a business that absolutely practices what they preach, they put customer satisfaction first. 1st things 1st, the tea flavors are amazing. They are great solo or if you mix with flavored syrups or even sparkling water. But the real kicker is as Im waiting on my 4th order, the company emails me and says they notice an issue with the shipping and went ahead and sent me a replacement order! What company now a days actually checks and makes sure the order was received. I’m a business owner and they’ve definitely inspired me to step it up! I’m a forever customer now FOR SURE!

Well, to start with the mixes are delicious. I haven't had a bad one yet. I'm even mixing flavors now. Once I had the Cinnaburst, I had to have that kick at the end of most of my drinks. Obsessed!!
Most importantly the customer service is amazing. My Shop Pay had a temp address and I didn't realize until after I hit the bottom. I went straight to the confirmation email and replied with cancel or update my address. A big OOPSIE on my part. Within minutes thet replied back with confirmation they fixed my address. So, no need for me to reorder.

I accidentally forgot to add the discount to my order and customer support was wonderful! They responded immediately when I emailed them and adjusted the amount of the discount and refunded the difference. This is my second order of Loaded Tea and I love all of the flavors I have tried so far!

The tea is great its everything the other reviews say. No "fake sugar" taste. You can also get more then 32oz out of it. Clean energy, for sure. I feel safe giving it to my kids. The customer service is outstanding, I forgot to up date my address. My other order went to my old address, they sent me out my same, order and didnt charge me. The teas truely do arrive in about 4 days after ordering. I highly recommend this company.

I would like to take time out in my busy schedule to let everyone know how much I The loaded tea. I was very skeptical about trying to drink the tea because it said energy drink. I did not want to be jittery all day or have My heart race all day. I have enjoyed all of the flavors that I have had. Haven't picked out my favorite yet but the one thing I was mostly impressed about was the flavor the taste and the simple fact that they don't use any of the red dyes keep up the good work if you want to try something really good a lot of flavors please give them a try.

Customer service is top notch! I mistakenly thought my order was not correct, I emailed the company at 4:30pm and revieved a human response within 30 minutes. I realized the mistake was mine. I could not wait until tomorrow to try one of the teas. I made it and my mouth and mind are blown with how great it tastes! Im already planning to make another order next week! Thank you so much

I have truly found a drink that tastes absolutely amazing and refreshing without having to taste aspartame and that fills your system with nasty chemicals. I highly recommend everyone trying this and the flavors are delightful with good energy. Finally a drink that is not expensive either. My auto fill put my old address in, and I didn't catch it until the order went through. I contacted the loaded Tea Shop and told them what happened, and they got right on it and took care of everything. They were very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend buying from here.

Soo glad I found these teas! They are absolutely delicious 😋 A great alternative for anyone who needs an extra boost of energy but doesn't want to fill their bodies full of unhealthy caffeine. You can increase or decrease the amount of energy with the amount of packet to water ratio you use. Their customer service is top notch! They are full of vitamins and the best part my Dr approves of me drinking them! I haven't found a flavor I don't like. I can make a drink in the morning and just keep adding water to it throughout the day! 1000% recommend Loaded Teas to everyone!!! I'm already on my 3rd order ! They have a lifetime member in me now!!!
