I tried the Bahama Mama. The flavor was spot on. I will definitely have to buy more to make the adult version! Such a great iconic flavor to help get me through work!

I saw the loaded tea add and being that I am a diabetic and there was no sugar no carbs etc. I thought let me try it. It doesn’t taste like tea but has the best flavor. I put ice water and the packet the whole packet was strong but I enjoyed it so much. You don’t have to put the whole packet. I would buy these again. This was the best I ever had.

Customer Service was top notch, they responded very quickly and they were very helpful. There was a hiccup with my order but we got it all sorted out.

This company is awesome.I made the mistake of thinking I did not get my entire delivery.They answered me almost immediately.Their answer fix the situation which they're wasn't one I just didn't see everything and everything in this package so far tastes amazing.I will definitely be ordering more.And everybody should try this stuff

I messed up my address, reached out to them and they took care of the issue right away. They made sure to stay in contact with me through the whole thing, so I knew what was going on at all times. Customer service is amazing!!

I kept seeing the loaded tea come across my social media and decided I would give it a try. I was drinking energy drinks and they were just leaving me with a racing heart followed by a need for a nap. The first day I tried a tea I did not have that crash feeling and brain fog. They also have great customer service as I put in my adress wrong and they changed it for me without having to cancel my order order and start over! I am thankful a healthy choice of energy that isnt loaded with food dyes and things that are not good for you.

This company goes above and beyond in customer service. There was an issue with my delivery and they did not hesitate to make it right. For that alone I will become a repeat customer. I've had a chance to taste two different flavors which brought me back to childhood memories drinking kool-aid on a hot summer day. I can't wait to try more flavors and share the goodness with family and friends. If you've been hesitant, make the purchase! It's worth it.

While I was very excited to try your wonderful sounding flavors, I personally cannot tolerate the "non-sugar" taste and after taste. I did try the two free ones, diluting them substantially, but it's still to strong for me.

I sent an email this morning to return the rest and get a refund. I had no problem getting it taken care of, customer service was so friendly and accommodating!

When I order my items, I didn’t get a screen shot of order #. This was Wednesday when I placed order. On Monday someone asked if I received my loaded tea, I was like oh , not yet. I panicked couldn’t find my receipt, my account didn’t have any previous orders. I sent a private message they responded almost immediately. They told me what to do and who to email. Immediately after sending a detailed email, I was told it was out for delivery. I was so excited, but even more so after my first loaded tea. They are delicious and I am hooked.

The teas are amazing! They have really made a difference in our household. We ditched the energy drinks! I made an order that got lost in shipping. Their customer service responded immediately and shipped a replacement the very next day! Definitely a 10 out of 10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was skeptical about this tea but decided to order it anyway. It is fabulous! Great flavors, great taste, mixes well no residue. Don’t wait to try this! You won’t be disappointed.

Delivery of orders is great. I have completely given up drinking any and all sodas.Giving up my diet sodas is a major change for me. I have not found a flavor I do not like and I am feeling great. Thank you so much
