She combined professionalism and independence with warmth, sensitivity, patience and genuine humanity — qualities which I believe are particularly important when undertaking something as significant as a COP3 Mental Capacity Assessment.
I was equally impressed by her responsiveness. Both COP3 assessments and the follow-up were completed within four days of my initial enquiry, and the completed COP3 reports followed within five days. The entire process, from first contact to receiving the completed reports, therefore took less than ten days.
Despite this remarkably quick turnaround, nothing ever felt rushed. Quite the opposite: Hayley was generous with her time and exceptionally thorough in her approach.
Her fees were also very reasonable, particularly considering the amount of professional time, personal attention and face-to-face contact involved. I felt the specialist service represented excellent value.
