Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, waiting almost a month for my order while they lie about it being posted. Ordered via Amazon and they’ve just messed me about from the beginning

The service and help I received was very very good.
Nothing seamed too much trouble.

Dreadful on delivery - waited nigh on 3 weeks .
They say they're chasing things up but clearly are not.

Appalling company. They eventually sent out the wrong product which was sent back via registered delivery.
The Mesh Company claim that they never received the parcel…but kept my money.
I’ve asked for my money back but they do not reply to my request therefore I’ve had to escalate this through PayPal. Nightmare and very stressful.
Avoid this company.

This is THE worst and most unprofessional company. They are only interested in taking your money and do not have the good manners to respond to emails
Do not waste your time and money dealing with this shower and go to a reputable company like mousemesh who are so professional and very helpful.

Sorry to have to add to the already numerous lamentable reviews this company has received. I wish I had checked them out on Trustpilot before buying from them. Still waiting almost a month after making my order. Only getting sporadic replies from them. Who knows if I will ever get my mesh. It is a mystery to me how companies like these stay in business. Quite useless

Incompetent. Unbelievably incompetent.
We ordered two lots of mesh from this company and, to be fair, they did arrive in fairly good time.
The problem was, the main bulk of the order was the wrong mesh.
We sent them pictures via email to show the mesh they had sent us versus that which we had actually ordered AND offered to return the wrong mesh but they said 'no, we'll send you the mesh you ordered'.

Less than a week later the new mesh arrived and, guess what, they'd actually managed to send out the exact same mesh they'd sent us the first time around.
So now, they've messed up the order twice.
Once again, send some more pictures to show the wrong mesh has been sent and request that the stuff we had originally ordered be sent out to us.
By now, this has been going on for a couple of weeks and the clock is ticking to get a job done but now we don't hear anything for a while until we suddenly get (with no explanation) a refund of our original order for the amount of the mesh we still needed!!
A few days later we get an email stating that the mesh we had wanted, and had been after for weeks, was not in stock.

So after all that, we're left with two lots of mesh we don't need or want and they're both free. Great!!

Judging by ALL of the reviews on here it's a wonder this company keeps going at all.

They're not just incompetent. They're f*^%ing unbelievably incompetent.

Oh, and one other thing to note. They have an Ebay site as well where they advertise the same stock.

If the specifications of what you order are of any importance to you, then you should consider taking your business elsewhere. These people seem totally incapable of sending you the product you ordered. Not once in my case, but three times. First order was wrong, the replacement was wrong, and a subsequent order was again completely wrong. They sent me stuff I cannot use. So frustrating.

Absolutely the worst business I have ever come across in my whole life. Avoid at all costs.

Awful company.
Lied about having shipped our order.
Has been slow to respond to messages and restarts the conversation instead of acknowledging the promises made in each previous email.
Tries to blame Evri, saying that Evri has lost the parcel - how can they have done that when you never gave it to them!
Promises to send a replacement, but still has not done so.
Getting beyond fed up with this company.

Terrible experience.
Happy to take your money, but, don't deliver. Will not enter into any dialogue regarding the order.
Thankfully I had paid with PayPal, so had to instigate a refund via them.
Beware

Ordered a week ago, received notfication that goods were dispatched, but strangely Evri still doesn't claim to have them.
Tried contacting the company to see what's going on but alas - got no reply.
Just stating the facts as they are at present..

Super fast delivery and goods well priced. Give the company 5 stars for my transaction. Would definitely use again.

Having read some of the negatives and then some of the positives I gave the Mesh company a punt and ordered some rodent soffit mesh as those little critters have been literally climbing up the wall.
Website was straightforward, price was great and was delivered by DX in under 48hrs so happy with the purchase.

Excellent range to choose from. The price was reasonable. Item arrived very fast (2 days), safely packaged. It was as described, high quality material. There was a fault with the PayPal payment on my order, so I rang customer service. I got through easily, and they were very helpful. So tick for customer service too. I couldn't fault them on this experience.

I'm mystified by some of the reviews I'm reading on here. I've just had a first class experience with the Mesh Company, ordering a sheet of fine stainless steel mesh for a garden water feature filter on Wednesday at 2pm, delivered Friday morning 0930, excellent quality and perfect for what I wanted. I can't fault them in any way and have added them to my list of "useful sources of odd things you need occasionally but didn't know you could buy".

Ordered 2 separate orders, neither arrived. After contacting they told me both orders were lost in transit but they couldn't give me a tracking number... I am sure they were never sent out in the first place.
I asked for refunds on my 2 orders, after chasing these refunds the refunded one of my orders but not the other. After contacting them again twice, without success, I had to raise a despute through PayPal which I am dealing with now...
I ordered the things I needed elsewhere which arrived the following day without any issues...

Avoid like the plague. Place an order and paid for courier next day delivery. The goods arrived four days later, by which time I had purchased elsewhere. The company agreed to refund my money collect the goods but failed to organise a collection.

After much chasing, they apologised and said that they had forgotten to process the refund, but would do so. 20 days later still waiting.

Total waste of time. Have now requested a chargeback from my credit card company and will be reporting the company for failing to adhere to distance selling regulations.

Order was confirmed then nothing was sent. They have given me a tracking number for hermes who state they do not have it. Avoid this company!

Order was rapidly completed and then ... nothing!!!
No answer to mails nor phone calls
Last hope: Paypal money back :(
