Honestly the easiest and most simple…

Honestly the easiest and most simple process, I got declined by so many people due to my credit score all because stupid mistakes I made when I was younger I have the money to pay it back and that’s what is annoying. The money platform helped me so much I needed the money for a funeral and I cant thank them enough thank you so much

Helpful and understanding

I have had a great experience with The Money Platform, because recently my health has taken a bit of a hit which affected my pay. I found that I could not pay this months installment and The Money Platform helped me move my installment date to the next month without an additional charge or it affecting my credit. I really appreciated there help and understanding.

SUPPORT REQUIRED

Team - could someone reach out. I used a 3rd party site which gave me a pre-approved guarantee of a loan. I was then transferred to your site and filled out an almost entirely new form despite being pre-approved. This was over 3 days ago. After being 'approved' your then requested my ID. I have sent this twice - both occassions I get an immediate decline. Stating my in date passport and / or drivers licence are not acceptable. I've contacted you by your web form [TWICE - no response] and I have been ringing your UK support number [during your customer service working hours] only to get a recorded message stating there are no agents and an immediate disconnection. This is not a good start,.
Update. I have now been able to speak to the team. The gentleman was friendly. However, getting through is not easy. It does tend to immediately disconnect, or, you get put in a hold, only for the system to then say, there are still no agents and it disconnects. The 'proof of ID system' is really challenging. I've uploaded ID 5 times now and eventually they accepted my original [passport] 3 days later after saving it in numerous formats and then re-issuing it in a format that their 'payment provider' prefers.

Really seamless and uncomplicated…

Really seamless and uncomplicated process which helped me out in a great time of need, now, more importantly, they have co operated promptly with an important request of my & alleviated one less worry, of which i have many at the moment! As long as you are truthful & upfront, these guys will treat you firmly but fair, exceptional!

There are no words I can mention .I request a loan for my urgent situation.where I couldn't get help from anyone .money platform was the team which saved me that day within an 1 hour I received the funds.no much of paper work.grateful. high standards of work and efficiency was top most thank once again for the help .I will look forward always and choose this money platform I highly recommend.

My Erroneous review!!

I recently wrote a very damming review about the money platform which was erroneous, my details apparently where passed to them by CHOOSE WISELY, presumably all the unwanted attention was from them passing my details around NOT the money platform.

From my last 2 years of experience…

From my last 2 years of experience loving this platform company as they are having Simple, easy application with best deal. They have customer service and no impact on your credit score despite any hardship and no upfront fees or hidden charges either. So I definitely recommend it to anyone seeking financial help due unexpected issues.

Time Wasters

Time Wasters. I've lost 5 days because of lies.
If you've got a Metro Bank debit card, start running!
Even if you somehow fit their nonsense criteria, meaning finding a debit card that they will actually accept, you still have to wait 24 hours minimum for their loan to reach your debit card.
I downloaded Monzo debit card and they accepted it. Hence 3 stars. Instead of 1.
After settling my debt in full over 24 hours before the due time of my first repayment, I am being sent messages informing me that I missed my payments and they don't have the money I sent them.
Just received a reply to my email telling me my payment has not gone through and I need to pay immediately again. But I don't have the money to pay them, because I already paied them.
If you don't like my debit card, then why is it still on on my moneyplatform internet page account?
So if you reject my Metro Bank debit card, then don't keep it stored in my money platform website account, because if you do, I can make the mistake of using my main bank debit card, instead of my Monzo debit card with which I initiated the loan.

I believe this issue has now been resolved for you. Our system does occasionally have integration issues with some banks which block some customers. Most of our customers are able to access a loan on the same day, normally within a few hours of applying, but we acknowledge this is not always the case and was not in your situation.
